Audio storage and dubbing fees are paid monthly through our LoudCity license.
KFM 60s radio does not allow unauthorized relays of our stream. Our relays are deliberately placed only under the jurisdiction of our licensing agreements. This means you can listen to Brithits60sradio from anywhere in the world, and both you and Brithits60sradio are acting entirely legally, so long as you don't infringe the DMCA (eg by 'ripping' or recording the stream)
KFM 60s radio is a legally licensed ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Sound Exchange Internet Radio Station, through StreamLicensing Licensing in the US.
KFM 60s radio supports both the musicians played, and the composers and publishers of their audio material with royalty, dubbing and copyright payments, through the LoudCity Scheme, as detailed above.
KFM 60s radio is DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and RIAA compliant.
This means we follow the DMCA rules (e.g. not publishing detailed program schedules in advance, not deliberately playing successive songs from the same artist / album and so forth). We dont allow 'Stream Ripping' (recording) of our streams, and anyone caught doing so is permanently banned from KFM 60s radio.
KFM 60s radio operates within the guidelines and under the jurisdiction of United States Code of Federal Regulations
